A glorious example of imagination and craftsmanship bringing together the artistic, sculpturally strong and decorative style of Grazyna.
The upper section of the piece has meticulously cut and matched burr walnut veneer, creating a draped feature around all four sides of the cabinet and across the internal face of the doors.
The twelve drawers on the lower section are depicted in blue lacquer and dressed with fifty plaques of shaped etched sterling silver. Following inspection of all fifty, plaque number 22 has been hallmarked with the 'GRA' stamp, date stamped, and recorded by the London Assay Office. Each traditionally constructed drawer of solid walnut and maple with dovetail joints, runs smoothly on wooden runners and opens to reveal a different combination of veneers and designs.
